  • The goal of the project was to enhance the organization's governance and management structure, streamline decision-making processes, and improve operational efficiency. By enhancing the organization's governance and management structure, streamlining decision-making processes, and improving operational efficiency, the project aimed to create a more effective and successful organization. The resulting improvements would contribute to better resource allocation, faster response times, and improved performance, ultimately driving the organization toward its goals and objectives. Through the consultancy, we: 

    • Conducted a thorough review of the organization’s mandate and strategy to ensure alignment with the proposed organizational model.
    • Conducted a comprehensive review of the existing governance and management structure to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
    • Worked closely with the organization's management team to understand the business model and operational constraints and developed a comprehensive understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Developed a new governance model and high-level structure aligned with the organization's strategic priorities and goals.
    • Developed detailed descriptions of the functions of structural units to clarify roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
