The objective of the project: Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment of the Public Defender's Office to identify, evaluate, and propose measures to mitigate entity-level risks related to potential G2G development activities.
Through the consultancy, we:
- Conducted desk review of documents and policies deployed in the Public Defender's Office.
- Conducted interviews with representatives of the Public Defender's Office and other stakeholders to understand risks associated with G2G development activities.
- Assessed risks in the areas of entity features, cash management and treasury, accounting and reporting, internal control, and information technology.
- Analyzed and evaluated identified risks and proposed measures to mitigate them.
Solution: We performed a structured risk assessment, combining document review, stakeholder interviews, and analytical evaluation to provide actionable mitigation measures.
Result: The Public Defender's Office received a comprehensive risk assessment report with clear recommendations to mitigate entity-level risks and support informed decision-making.
