Support the Finalization of the Self-Paced E-Learning Program for Civil Servants in Public Policy Planning

The objective of this consultancy was to provide extensive support to the Administration of Government (AoG) in enhancing the capacities of civil servants by completing the production of a self-paced e-learning program focused on public policymaking and ensure the installation of this program on a unified e-learning platform. The primary goal of the assignment was to finalize the self-paced learning program in Public Policy Making, utilizing the course materials developed during the initial phase of the initiative. This involved the production and installation of the e-learning course on a single-space platform for e-learning, which was developed by the Civil Service Bureau. Through the consultancy, we: 

• ​Created a detailed technical description of the E-Learning Platform
• Updated learning materials with relevant format and structure
• Designed videos that should be recorded with reviewed scripts and filmed with a speaker
• Created two short summary videos per module to introduce and summarize the learning
• Setup and published E-Learning platform based on the existing open-source Learning Management System
• Created and uploaded the courses on the platform
