The aim of the project was to create a comprehensive System Architecture Design Document for the Policy Documents Development and Coordination Electronic Management System (PDCEMS). The project focused on designing the system architecture for PDCEMS, which is a digital platform intended to streamline the development and coordination of policy documents. The System Architecture Design Document provided a blueprint for the technical infrastructure and components required for the successful implementation of PDCEMS. By creating a robust System Architecture Design Document, the project aimed to ensure the effective implementation and operation of PDCEMS. The document served as a reference for the development team, facilitating efficient coding, testing, and deployment of the system. It also provided a foundation for future enhancements and scalability, allowing for the continued growth and evolution of PDCEMS as per the organization's needs. Through the consultancy, we:
- Created System Architecture Document, implementation work plan and resource allocation document and SLA template for Policy Documents Development and Coordination Electronic Management System (PDCEMS).
- Designed Work plan for alternatives listed in system architecture document. Also, total cost of ownership was estimated for these alternatives.
- Designed Service Level Agreement (SLA) template for several approaches how Service and maintenance service should be provided to Administration of Government of Georgia (AoG).
