The objective of the project was to assist LLC "Diospiros" in preparing a business plan for their participation in the APMA co-investment project. The ultimate goal of the project was to equip LLC "Diospiros" with a comprehensive business plan that aligned with the APMA co-investment project's objectives and requirements. By doing so, LLC "Diospiros" would have a strong foundation to present their business proposal, seek financial resources, and effectively participate in the co-investment project. Our consultancy aimed to empower LLC "Diospiros" with the knowledge, strategies, and tools necessary to maximize their chances of success and contribute to the growth and development of the agricultural sector in Georgia. Through the consultancy, we:
- Provided a detailed description of the products/services offered by the company;
- Offered an overview of the institutional context and market;
- Conducted a detailed outlook of the management structure;
- Identified the production lines and developed a detailed operations mapping system;
- Conducted a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats;
- Developed a pricing strategy;
- Created a marketing communication strategy, promotion, and sales plan;
- Identified the working capital and profitability based on the forecast of revenues and costs for the following five years.
