The objective of the project: support MoFEA in improving its business processes and strengthening HRM capacity through the development of an operating manual, streamlined processes, and an effective performance appraisal system.
Through the consultancy, we:
- Conducted functional analysis of the Ministry.
- Developed a consolidated operating manual to guide the Ministry's business processes and SOPs.
- Coached the staff on SOPs, piloted business process documentation, and adjusted based on results.
- Conceptualized an HR development framework integrating appraisal, development planning, and motivation mechanisms.
- Developed an employee performance appraisal system and updated the existing action plan.
- Coached MoFEA leadership, senior and mid-level managers on performance appraisal and personal development needs.
- Assisted MoFEA in developing personal development plans and templates.
Solution: We created a structured framework combining business process optimization and HRM capacity building to improve organizational performance and employee development.
Result: MoFEA gained clear processes, a consolidated operating manual, and an effective HRM system, improving organizational performance and staff capacity.
