Objective of the Project: Develop a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD) for the Passenger Transportation Unit of Georgian Railway. This included analyzing existing processes, identifying needs, and designing an electronic business model to strengthen operational efficiency.

Through the consultancy we:

• Conducted a comprehensive analysis of existing business processes.
• Created a detailed electronic business model.
• Prepared a complete and structured Business Requirements Document tailored to the Passenger Transportation Unit.

Solution: The project focused on conducting a detailed analysis of the Passenger Transportation Unit’s business processes and translating them into structured documentation. The GEC team designed an electronic business model that reflected the actual operations of the Unit and prepared a full Business Requirements Document to address gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Result: The implementation of this project enabled Georgian Railway to define business needs more clearly and strengthen process management within its Passenger Transportation Unit. The BRD served as a foundation for optimizing costs, improving operational transparency, and enhancing the overall passenger experience.
