Objective of the Project: Develop business and functional requirements for the gas distribution billing system. This included the identification and detailed description of business processes, the creation of a client report management system, drafting business requirements, developing the system concept and Compatible Units (CUs), as well as the design of e-contract and e-tariffs systems with respective requirements. Additionally, the project covered the development of structural requirements for the analytical module and the preparation of a comprehensive document describing the system functionality necessary for software development.

 

Through the consultancy we:

  • Prepared business and functional requirements for the billing system.
  • Developed a draft concept for the billing system, including Compatible Units.
