 Objective of the Project: Support LLC Aptos/Total Charm LLC in expanding its business operations through a franchise system of beauty clinics. The assignment included conducting an in-depth analysis of the company, identifying the scope of third-party involvement in developing the franchise system, reviewing third-party documentation, and ensuring compliance with pre-defined workflows. The project also aimed to develop and deliver the Aptos To-Be Business Model, To-Be Value Creation Model, Organizational and Management System Models, and a Franchise Strategy Outline covering all major decisions to establish an efficient and effective franchise system.
