Objective of the Project: support LLC Aptos in the development of job descriptions for franchise packages. The project included analysis of functions within the franchise company, distribution of functions by appropriate roles, identification of functional areas, definition of roles for each area, and assessment of potential role merges or outsourcing. Job Descriptions were developed for identified roles and a recommended organizational structure for the franchisee was provided.
