National Agency of State Property

LEPL "National Agency of State Property" was established on September 17, 2012. The Agency is part of the system of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and exercises powers related to the privatization/realization of state property, the transfer of the right of use and the management of enterprises with state ownership. The Agency also manages issues related to strict accounting forms and manages the property of interested individuals and legal entities through the electronic auction website www.eauction.ge.

The main areas of the Agency's activities:

1. Management and disposal of state property;

2. Transfer of state property for use;

3. Exercising powers of a partner/shareholder in enterprises with state ownership;

4. Management of the issues related to the agreement, registration, production, storage, usage and expertise-utilization of strict accounting forms;

5. Facilitation of the management of the property of interested individuals and legal entities, including through the electronic auction website www.eauction.ge;
