Objective of the Project: Assess the current performance level of the seven companies united under the RETCO (Rustavi Electro-Technical Company) umbrella at organizational, process, and individual levels. The assignment included identifying gaps and drawbacks, evaluating all processes and employee performance, and delivering a solution package for gap mitigation, project management tools, and flow of responsibilities. The project also proposed a new organizational structure model, partial merger of the companies, and methodology for information dissemination.
Through the consultancy we:
