Through the consultancy, we:&nbsp;<ul><li>Conducted desk review of documents and policies deployed in the Public Defender's Office.</li><li>Conducted interviews with the representatives of the Public Defender's Office and other stakeholders to understand the risks associated with the G2G development activity.</li><li>Assessed risks in the areas of entity features, cash management and treasury, accounting and reporting, internal control, and information technology.</li><li>Analyzed and evaluated the identified risks and proposed measures to mitigate them.</li></ul>
