Our consultancy aimed to support RS.GE in implementing the Automatic Exchange of Information in Tax Matters (AEoI) in Georgia. The primary objective was to create a comprehensive technical document, known as the Terms of Reference, which would serve as a guide for IT developers tasked with building the AEoI platform. The platform would enable RS.GE to receive Common Reporting Standard (CRS) data from financial institutions, validate and sort it according to the CRS XML Schema, and transmit it to exchange partners. Additionally, it would allow RS.GE to receive CRS data from exchange partners.
