Objective of the Project: Provide advisory support to the Revenue Service (RS) in re-engineering business processes and IT tools. As a result of the project, a streamlined and fully functional tax payment system was introduced, improving efficiency and user experience.

 

 

 

 

Through the consultancy we:

  • Analyzed existing business processes and IT systems related to tax payment
  • Identified inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current workflows
  • Designed re-engineered business processes for simplified tax payment
  • Recommended enhancements to IT tools and system integration
  • Supported implementation of the new tax payment system
     

Result: The project successfully implemented a simplified and functional tax payment system, making the process more accessible and user-friendly. As a result, operational efficiency was enhanced, and the overall complexity of tax procedures for taxpayers was significantly reduced. Furthermore, the initiative improved the alignment between business processes and IT systems, ensuring smoother integration, better performance, and long-term sustainability of the reform.
