The overall objective of the consultancy was supporting the AoG in strengthening the capacities of civil servants through developing the content for the production of a self-paced e-learning program on public policymaking. The self-paced e-learning program had to be structured in a way to support civil servants perform their daily policy-making functions and entail an increase of their capacities in line with the existing standards and requirements. On a later stage, the e-learning program would be installed on the single-space platform for e-learning. Through the consultancy, we: 

• ​ ​Conducted a target audience analysis and understand the needs and gaps of the targeted audience.
• Developed comprehensive recommendations on the necessary steps to produce a self-paced e-learning program based on the research
• Created the structure for the program, educational and assessment materials
• Created storyboard and transcripts materials to be understandable and accomplish learning objectives.
