The goal of this project was to develop an organizational development strategy that would enable the agency to achieve its mission, goals, and functions, and meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Through the consultancy, we:
- Conducted a review of effective legislation, respective international treaties, and internal regulations of the agency.
- Explored the mission, goals, and functions of the organization.
- Conducted a training workshop on the methodology and process of strategy development.
- Conducted an influencing factors analysis of the organization.
- Facilitated meetings and focus groups with relevant internal and external stakeholders to identify organizational priorities and stakeholders' expectations.
- Worked in close cooperation with management and responsible staff to develop a three-year organizational strategy and a one-year action plan.
- Coached and trained responsible staff of the agency on strategy implementation monitoring tools and monitoring report development.
