The aim of the project was to develop a long-term organizational development strategy and action plan for the Pension Agency of Georgia. By meticulously crafting this strategy, we aimed to provide the Pension Agency with a clear roadmap for achieving its organizational goals and enhancing its overall effectiveness. The strategy served as a guiding framework to align the Agency's activities, optimize resource allocation, and foster a cohesive and purpose-driven work environment. Through a participatory and iterative process, we ensured that the strategy reflected the unique needs and aspirations of the Pension Agency, empowering them to proactively navigate the challenges and opportunities in their sector. Through the consultancy, we:
- Conducted a strategy planning workshop with the management and responsible staff of the Agency;
- Created a three-year organizational development strategy;
- Developed three-year organizational development strategy with the mission, vision, core values, medium-term priorities, goals, and strategic objectives;
- Crafted two-year action plan with specific activities and actions, budget estimates, outcomes/outputs, responsible units/managers, and monitoring and evaluation criteria against which to measure the progress of the strategy implementation;
- Conducted research on Best Practices for setting up similar agencies;
- Provided coaching/training to the responsible staff of the Agency on strategy implementation monitoring tools and monitoring report development.
