The objective of the project was to provide comprehensive training to representatives of agricultural businesses in collaboration with the Georgian Farmers' Association. The aim was to enhance their knowledge and understanding of organizational management principles and practices, ultimately assisting them in developing and growing their businesses. Our team worked closely with the Georgian Farmers' Association to design and deliver a tailored training program that focused on key aspects of organizational management. The training sessions covered a range of topics including structuring, planning, and directing resources and members within the organization to effectively achieve their goals.  

Through the consultancy, we:

• Provided supporting training materials to the trainees.
