Objective of the Project: Deliver business skills training and coaching to five beneficiary MSMEs of ZRDA. The support focused on increasing knowledge and capacity in marketing and sales, branding, public relations and communications outreach, and organizational management. The program combined group training sessions, individual consultations, and customized curricula tailored to each business.

 

 

 

Through the consultancy we:

  • Designed and delivered group training materials and detailed curricula.
  • Conducted a needs assessment and provided business-specific recommendations.
  • Developed training and action plans for follow-up consultations.
  • Delivered progress reports and presented results to ZRDA senior management.
  • Conducted individual coaching sessions for each start-up business.

 

Solution: GEC provided a structured capacity-building program that integrated group workshops with personalized coaching. The consultancy placed strong emphasis on equipping businesses with practical knowledge in marketing, branding, communications, and management. Each MSME received tailored guidance and support relevant to its sector and stage of growth, ensuring that the training had direct and applicable impact on their development.


Result: The project successfully delivered a comprehensive training and coaching program to five start-up MSMEs. Participants improved their knowledge and skills in marketing, branding, and organizational management, and gained practical tools to strengthen their businesses. The program supported companies working in diverse fields, including kombucha production, fertilizers, motor oil recycling, cheese production, and charcoal production. The consultancy concluded with a final presentation to ZRDA management summarizing progress and the measurable development outcomes of each business.
