Objective of the Project: Support employees of the Bank of Georgia’s corporate banking and SME departments in enhancing their knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and taxation. The training program covered key topics such as analysis of financial statements and their components, time value of money, financial ratio analysis, IFRS, and taxation. Participants received high-quality training supported with comprehensive learning materials.
Through the consultancy we:
- Designed and delivered corporate training sessions tailored for BOG employees.

- Developed and distributed high-quality training and supporting materials.
- Strengthened the capacity of corporate and SME department staff in applying advanced financial tools.
Solution: The project introduced a structured training program that combined theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The sessions equipped participants with advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, while also improving their understanding of taxation and IFRS.
Result: Over 120 employees from corporate and SME departments successfully completed the training program. As a result, the Bank of Georgia strengthened its internal capacity to conduct effective financial analysis and decision-making, improving both operational efficiency and customer service.
