The aim of the project was to assist the National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR) of Ministry of Justice of Georgia in accurately calculating the costs of each service it provides by identifying cost drivers and proposing a methodology. Our consultancy involved a comprehensive analysis of NAPR's operations and services to provide valuable insights into the true cost of each service. Through the consultancy, we:
•	Conducted cost calculations on 13 different services offered by NAPR
•	Developed a methodology for accurate cost calculation of NAPR services
•	Provided valuable insights to NAPR about cost drivers for each service
•	Enabled NAPR to make more informed decisions about pricing, resource allocation, and service delivery based on the true cost of each service
•	Ultimately optimized NAPR's operations and improved its service delivery to better serve its clients.

The National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR) is a legal entity of public law under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

We offer 265 services to individuals or legal entities through the Public Service Halls, Community Centers, territorial offices and authorized users.

Our main activities are:

• Registration of immovable property rights

• Registration of public-law restrictions

• Registration of a tax lien / mortgage

• Registration of movable and intangible property rights

• Registration of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities

• Registration of political associations

• Registration of economic activities

• Addressing of geographical features

• Record of immovable property cadastral data
