The aim of the project was to assist the National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR) of Ministry of Justice of Georgia in accurately calculating the costs of each service it provides by identifying cost drivers and proposing a methodology. Our consultancy involved a comprehensive analysis of NAPR's operations and services to provide valuable insights into the true cost of each service. Through the consultancy, we:

• Conducted cost calculations on 13 different services offered by NAPR
• Developed a methodology for accurate cost calculation of NAPR services
• Provided valuable insights to NAPR about cost drivers for each service
• Enabled NAPR to make more informed decisions about pricing, resource allocation, and service delivery based on the true cost of each service
• Ultimately optimized NAPR's operations and improved its service delivery to better serve its clients.
