Objective of the Project: To develop a modern and effective public relations and communication management system for the Georgian National Competition Agency, including a long-term PR/communications strategy, an actionable implementation plan, and capacity-building of the Agency’s team.
Solution: A three-year PR and Communications strategy (2022–2025) was developed, along with a one-year implementation action plan (2022–2023). A new logo and brand book with visual identity guidelines were created, and specialized workshops and coaching sessions were delivered for leadership and PR staff. Additionally, templates, tools, and methodologies were prepared to support the execution of communication campaigns.
Results: The project systematized the Agency’s communication processes and messaging strategies, strengthened media relations and stakeholder engagement capacity, and improved both internal and external communication practices. In addition, it delivered sustainable tools to support long-term PR and communications management.
