Objective of the Project: Develop and strengthen the HR Management unit of ESCO to enable it to better perform its core functions. This included institutionalizing contemporary human resource management practices in the company, assisting ESCO to elaborate viable and transparent HRM policies and procedures, facilitating the establishment of a corporate HR unit with clear mandate and responsibilities, improving internal communication and information sharing within ESCO, and providing intensive hands-on assistance and on-the-job training to the HRM staff, senior, and middle management to pilot and implement HRM policies and procedures.

 

Through the consultancy we:

  • Developed and institutionalized modern HRM practices within ESCO.
  • Supported ESCO in preparing effective and transparent HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisted in establishing a structured HR unit with defined responsibilities.
  • Improved internal communication and information sharing systems.
  • Delivered hands-on assistance and on-the-job training for HR staff and management to implement HRM policies.

 

Solution: The project focused on creating a comprehensive HR management framework that enhanced organizational efficiency, streamlined HR processes, and strengthened internal capacity for human resource management within ESCO.


Result: The project enabled ESCO to establish a functional HR unit, implement transparent HR policies, improve internal communication, and enhance overall HR management capabilities.
