Objective of the Project: Design and develop a corporate website and customer portal for SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution. The portal was aimed at providing customers and the general public with access to information about the company, its activities, development plans, and natural gas distribution services. The assignment included analyzing best practices of utility service providers, identifying and prioritizing needs defined by company management, creating the concept and technical specifications for the Customer Portal, and ensuring its successful development. The project required close collaboration with design, web development, and billing system teams.
