As a specialist in large-scale transformations, George has led numerous capacity development initiatives and organizational performance improvement projects. He is a strategic thinker who excels at developing and implementing effective organizational strategies, optimizing business processes, and providing financial strategy development advice. George has coached SMEs and startups on scaling up their business and developing growth strategies, delivering tangible results for his clients.
With over 15 years of experience in operations and financial management, George is well-versed in strategic, operational, and financial planning, as well as financial, accounting, budgeting, and operation process supervision.He has up to 10 years of training and teaching experience at leading Georgian and international organizations and universities.
Outside of GEC- Business Growth Services, George is a Deputy Head of the Board at Georgia Management Consulting Association, a member of the Advisory Board at Service for Accounting, Reporting, and Auditing Supervision (SARAS), and the founder of GeoEduConsulting Foundation. George is passionate about creating a positive impact in the world and leveraging his expertise to make a difference in his community and beyond.
George holds an Executive Certificate in Management from Maastricht School of Management, and a Ph.D. in Finance from I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from Caucasus School of Business and Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University.
