Objective of the Project: Assist EPI project beneficiaries, namely local apparel manufacturers, with the preparation of company profiles aimed at increasing their opportunities for future collaboration. Ten companies were selected and interviewed, and all necessary information was gathered to develop company profiles. In addition, attractive content and photos were developed and delivered for use in brochures, supporting the promotion of these apparel companies. As a result, Georgian apparel manufacturers were successfully represented at various international exhibitions.
Through the consultancy we:
- Selected and interviewed ten apparel manufacturing companies.
- Collected and analyzed valuable data needed for the development of company profiles.
- Designed and delivered high-quality content and photos for brochure preparation.
- Prepared strategic company profiles for use in international promotion.
Solution: The consultancy team created comprehensive and visually appealing company profiles that highlighted the strengths, capabilities, and unique qualities of local apparel manufacturers. These profiles, enriched with professional photos and engaging content, provided companies with effective promotional materials for business development.
Result: As a direct result of the project, Georgian apparel manufacturers gained a stronger competitive presence and visibility in international markets. The prepared profiles and brochures were used at international exhibitions, helping companies establish new connections, explore export opportunities, and strengthen their chances for long-term collaborations.
