Objective of the Project: Support the International School of Economics (ISET) at Tbilisi State University (TSU) and the ISET Policy Institute (ISET-PI) in improving governance, programs, internal management procedures, and external communications. The consultancy aimed to develop and deliver a strategic document with actionable recommendations for governance changes, strategic vision, programming, internal management improvements, and communication strategies and tools.
Through the consultancy we:
- Conducted institutional assessment of ISET and ISET-PI
- Reviewed governance structures, programs, and internal management procedures
- Evaluated existing external communication channels and strategies
- Developed strategic recommendations for governance improvements
- Proposed enhancements to strategic vision and program design
- Designed recommendations for internal management process improvements
- Suggested communication strategies and tools for better stakeholder engagement
Result: The project resulted in a comprehensive strategic document providing actionable recommendations to improve governance, internal management, program development, and external communications. Implementation of the recommendations was designed to enhance institutional efficiency, strategic planning, and overall organizational performance.
