Objective of the Project: Develop a Personnel Development System for the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC), reengineer and streamline its core processes, and design and deliver a performance management system (PMS) together with a three-year action plan. The project aimed to ensure that GOGC had the staff capacity to fulfill its mission both now and in the future, while making its operations faster, more cost-effective, and more reliable.
Through the consultancy we:
- Conducted a comprehensive institutional performance assessment of GOGC.
- Developed and delivered a Personnel Development System.
- Designed and implemented a Performance Management System (PMS).
- Prepared a three-year action plan to strengthen organizational capacity.
Solution: The project focused on improving the institutional capacity of GOGC by redesigning its core processes, introducing modern personnel development mechanisms, and implementing a performance management system. The GEC team also delivered a structured three-year action plan to ensure sustainability and long-term improvement.
Result: The project enabled GOGC to strengthen its human capital and organizational efficiency. As a result, the company improved the quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of its operations. The performance management and personnel development systems created a foundation for sustainable growth and future mission achievement.
