Lia Kereselidze serves as the Business Development Manager at GEC Business Growth Services. With over eight years of experience in export and international sales, she specializes in expanding Georgian businesses into global markets and developing robust sales systems.

At GEC, Lia leads business development and export initiatives, assisting local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in identifying their export potential and crafting effective market-entry strategies. Alongside her corporate role, she is an educator who created and instructs the "Digital Export Manager" course, focusing on the practical application of digital export tools and systems.

Throughout her career, Lia has successfully managed export projects across more than 15 countries, facilitated a $5 million international deal, and designed tailored export strategies for numerous SMEs. She holds an MBA from Caucasus Business School, a Bachelor's degree from Tbilisi State Medical University, and an EU-certified Master’s-level Export Consultant qualification from the Visionest Institute.
