Tamari Simongulashvili is a Partner at GEC- Business Growth Services, specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. With over 15 years of experience in HR management, reorganization, and change management, Tamari has worked with public and private organizations across various sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, energy, and education. Her expertise includes HR management assessment and analysis, organizational development, operations analysis, streamlining, planning and structuring, performance assessments, human resource policy development, conducting and managing human resource audits, job analysis, change management planning, and executing large-scale recruitment.
Tamari is also actively involved in managing and developing the talent at GEC- Business Growth Services, serving as the Human Resource Manager. With about 10 years of experience in conducting HR management training for various corporate clients, training centers, and leading universities in Georgia, Tamari is also skilled in conducting training needs assessments to ensure that organizations have the right resources and competencies to achieve their strategic goals.
Tamari holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and an MBA in General Management from Caucasus University. She has also completed a Certificated Coach program accredited by the International Coach Federation at Coaching UP University.
