მრგვალი მაგიდის სესიები ხარისხის მართვის პროცესისა და ხარისხის მართვის სისტემის (QMS) მოდელირების შესახებ

The project aimed to enhance the quality management practices of the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia Sakpatenti, LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau, and LEPL Information Technology Agency (ITA) through executive roundtable sessions focused on quality management processes and quality management system (QMS) modeling. The executive roundtable sessions were designed to improve participants' understanding of QMS and processes, and to provide coaching and guidance to enable them to develop their own QMS models. Through the consultancy, we: 

• Implemented and coordinated Executive Roundtable (ERT) sessions on Quality Management Process and QMS Modeling;
• Provided materials and templates for the HICD Activity Center of Excellence online repository to support the participants' learning and application of the concepts discussed during the ERT sessions;
• Prepared by-weekly reports that document the progress, feedback, and issues discussed during the ERT sessions;
• Prepared the final report, which consolidates the findings, feedback, and recommendations gathered during the ERT sessions, including insights on how the participant organizations can improve their quality management practices.
